Why are the requirements for the aluminum frame of solar photovoltaic modules so high?

New energy power generation has always been a field that the country attaches great importance to. In recent years, the solar power generation industry has developed rapidly. Solar energy is clean energy, and the process of converting solar energy into electric energy will not cause pollution to the environment. Therefore, a large number of photovoltaic power stations are built in various places. The demand for photovoltaic module products has also doubled, in which the aluminum alloy frame of the solar panel is also part of the module. The solar frame is made of extruded aluminum profiles, and then its surface treatment and deep processing are made.


The frame requirements of photovoltaic solar modules are higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles, which cannot be produced by ordinary aluminum profile manufacturers. Let's analyze where the specific height is:


1. Form and position tolerance, because the solar frame is connected by corner code, the corner code of the fortress in the cavity, if the cavity is large, the angle code will loosen and fall off. It also affects the later punching and riveting processing.


2. Surface quality. The surface quality includes color brightness, uniformity, sandblasting uniformity, surface bubbles, peeling, scratches, black lines, bright lines, etc. Any item that does not meet the requirements is unqualified.


3. Corrosion resistance, the corrosion resistance of the solar frame is directly linked to the anodizing process. The average thickness of the oxide film of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles is 10 μ, and the frame of photovoltaic modules should reach 15 μ. Because the frame of the photovoltaic module is exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time and in bad weather, it is easy to cause frame corrosion.


4. The precision of deep processing, the process of deep processing is very important. Deep processing includes bevel cutting, punching installation holes, sink holes, grounding marks, riveting points, plug angle codes, etc. If it is produced on an automatic line, it is fine. If it is a manual line or a semi-automatic line, you must be careful not to miss processing.


Because the frame assembled by the group frame factory cannot be disassembled, if it is found that there are no installation holes during installation, the entire battery board will be scrapped. When grouping the frame, there are very few cases of frame burst, that is, the solar panel is broken due to the excessive size of the solar frame.


Since the cost of photovoltaic module panels is relatively high, the losses are also relatively large. There are also many photovoltaic module frames like ours that are to be exported, so the quality control is very high. It can be said that every process will be strictly inspected, and a set of unqualified frames will never be allowed to leave the factory.
