Extrusion steps of industrial aluminum profiles
Flat laying of aluminum rods→heating of aluminum rods→heating to 480℃ for 1h→heating the mold to 480℃→putting the mold into the mold base→sending to the raw material port→extrusion→traction→straightening→aging→out of the furnace→200℃ and then holding for 2h → Cool down → Finish
1. Tile aluminum rods
Lay the prepared aluminum rods on the rack, and reserve a certain gap between the aluminum rods. Be careful not to stack the aluminum rods, otherwise it will increase the difficulty of the extruder.
Two, aluminum rod heating
The heating treatment of the aluminum rod should ensure the temperature control, and the heating should be carried out at room temperature. When the heating time reaches 3.5h, the temperature will reach 480 °C. If the temperature is too high or the temperature is too low, it will directly affect the hardness of the finished product. The temperature must be strictly controlled during the cooling process;
3. Mold heating
The heating temperature of the mold is the same as the heating temperature of the aluminum rod, both are heated to 480 ℃, and then kept warm
Fourth, mold preparation
After the mold and aluminum rod have been heated and insulated, the mold can be placed in the extruder seat and ready to be extruded.
5. The aluminum rod is sent to the raw material port
Put the cut aluminum rod into the raw material inlet of the extruder to prepare for extrusion
Six, aluminum bar extrusion
Waiting for the extruded aluminum profile to come out from the discharge port
Seven, aluminum profile tractor
The aluminum profile at the discharge port is pulled by a tractor, and then the length and size are determined for cutting
Eight, aluminum straightening
After the length is cut, the aluminum profile can be sent to the leveling table for straightening, and the straightened aluminum profile can be transported to the finished product area for fixed-length cutting.
9. Aging treatment
According to the requirements, the cut aluminum profiles are loaded into the material frame, transported to the aging zone, and then subjected to aging treatment after entering the aging furnace.
10. Natural cooling
After the aging is completed, it can be released. In the cooling stage, it can be cooled naturally or cooled by a cooling fan. At this time, the extrusion work is completed, and the extrusion of aluminum profiles with qualified appearance quality and shape and size is completed.
