We know that the surface requirements of the solar frame are very high, and there should be no scratches, black lines, white lines and any stains. However, some pollutants will inevitably be encountered in the production process, transportation process and even installation process of the solar frame. It would be a pity if it is directly scrapped and disposed of, and it is not very environmentally friendly. If these stains can be cleaned up, then scrapping can be reduced.

Today we will talk about the pollution and treatment methods on the surface of the solar frame.

1. Slight scratches

Slight scratches on the surface of the frame can be eliminated. Gently wipe the scratched area with the rough surface of the scouring pad, and then wipe it repeatedly with a soft cloth. The slight scratches mentioned here are fine scratches that do not damage the oxide film, and obvious scratches cannot be removed.

2. Oil pollution

The oil stain on the solar frame is generally the frame contaminated by the lubricating oil during processing. The oil stain can be wiped with soapy water, or wiped with alcohol, and then dried with a dry cloth. This kind of oil pollution is generally relatively small and easy to clean.

3. The protective film is glued off

Due to the high temperature in summer, the glue in the protective film attached to the aluminum profile of the solar frame may melt. When the film is torn off, part of the glue will stick to the solar frame, which cannot be wiped off directly. The glue components on the protective film are mainly polyisocyanates or polyethers and alcohols. This substance can be dissolved with benzene series or ketones. However, there is a special glue remover on the market. Spray the glue remover on the glue, let it sit for a while, and then wipe it with a soft cloth. If the wipe is not clean, then spray the glue remover repeatedly. Generally, it can be cleaned up two or three times.

4. Silicone

The solar frame may have silicone overflowing during the framing process, and some of the aluminum profiles are grasped with silicone glued hands during installation, which greatly affects the appearance. The silica gel can be removed with alcohol, or you can use a brush dipped in xylene to brush the place where the silica gel is stuck, and then wipe it off with a soft cloth after a while.
