Classification of solar package frame

When talking about the solar packaging frame, we have to talk about the types of solar cells. Solar cells are mainly divided into crystalline silicon cells and thin film cells. At present, the most widely used solar cells are crystalline silicon cells, which are divided into two types: monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon. Whether it is monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline silicon, aluminum alloy frame packaging is required. The type of solar frame is closely related to the size and thickness of the panel.

What we mainly do is the aluminum frame of monocrystalline silicon cells. The frame can be divided into single glass solar frame and double glass solar frame according to the size of the notch. Because the double-glass frame is thicker with two layers of glass, the notch of the frame is generally between 6-7mm, while the width of the notch of the single-glass frame is generally 4-5mm.
